Dear Friends,
Thanks to Mingyou (張銘祐) for distributing the message about his persecution by the KMT court and cops. My salute to Mingyou for standing up firm against those evil henchmen of that dictator Ma.
Yes, it is the resurgence of the "White-Terror Age"! Now Ma's henchmen in Taiwan, those "butcher-helpers" have already hunted down dissidents like President Abien, Wang Ding-yu (王定宇), Su Bing (史明), Professor Chin (金恆煒), ..., and now is the turn for our little brother, the young and brave Mingyou(張銘祐). Per Mingyou's message, he will be jailed to do forced labor for 40 days for spreading the "gospel" at Christmas time last year. What a shame, the censorship and the "state violence" against the freedom of speech.
Who is the next, Aquia, the respectable Professor Tsay (蔡丁貴)?
I certainly hope that the people in Taiwan can wake up and take action to start non-violent, but mass and vigorous street protests to protect their own freedom and their common future.
I am sending Mingyou's protest message to the BATA Forum and to some e-mail groups in Taiwan. Could some friends help me post it to the following forums?

In 1955, Rosa Park's disobedience on a bus triggered the indignation of all the black people which turned out to be a turning point for the Civil Rights Movement in the U.S.
I pray that the trials and convictions of Abien(阿扁總統), Wang Ding-yu (王定宇), Su Bing (史明), Professor Chin (金恆煒) and Mingyou (張銘祐) will trigger the indignation of all the Taiwanese people and will initiate a turning point in the protest movement against the unjust and evil KMT!
I hope that people on different forums and blogs can help pass around and propagate Mingyou's protest against the "Assembly and Demonstration Law" (集會遊行法) and against Ma's dictatorship by sending it to their friends around the world, especially to those in Taiwan.
Let us send our support to our little brother Mingyou in Taiwan.

面對這樣的集會遊行法

去年聖誕報佳音，我被一審檢察官判定四十日的拘役，其實心情相當輕鬆，所以我寫了這一份心得，今日跟忠孝西路派出所林崇志所長對峙，很可悲他以集遊法第二十九條，將我移送到地檢署，正常的集遊法是移送二十八條的行政處分，我知道這一位所長的心態，長期以來我們常在街頭發揮時事議題，他早就視我們為眼中釘，尤其是因為他常常想要展現自己的官威，與長官不同調，各位有機會到立法院抗爭即可見，過去陳水扁總統出庭警方認為我帶頭的，都直接判決行政處分。
當然今日許多民眾陪同我到台北地方法院，我很感動這些民眾聽到判決失落眼睛泛著淚光，畢竟我只是一個小嘍囉，這群人當已經當爸爸、媽媽、阿公、阿媽，可能是悲憐我還年輕，但是我並不會畏懼，看得出來檢察官殺雞儆猴的心態，而且林崇志所長在自述時不斷的翻閱資料，法官多次制止他當作耳邊風，當然這樣的執法者相當令人悲憤，連警察都可以不尊重司法？還是他是為所長？當然我感謝陳達成律師（台灣人民監督法院理事長）的機制，他義務幫我辯護，尤其他在國內有相當知名度，卻因為他覺得不忍心我一個年輕人，真誠的對他致謝！也感謝義光教會的鄭英兒牧師在上次出庭時，將一切責任攔在自己身上。
我在出庭前向基督耶穌及二二八英靈禱告：這一切都是照著祢給我的旨意的來行，因為這一切如祢一樣，秉持公義、愛心來做，只要這一切都是對的，那就行了，我會相信這一切都是祢的安排。阿們！
這次檢察官有特別寄來補充書，他們在上次聽到鄭英兒牧師的證詞依舊認為我是帶頭的人，陳律師特別強調一個二十五歲的年輕人可以帶領數個全國性社團嗎？當然林所長認定我就是帶頭的人，其實那又如何？當日我們數百人全程按照交通號誌也沒有對任何人有危害行為，檢方配合的說我浪費國家資源及社會成本，具提求行四十日因為被告表現良好減五日，很好笑吧！不過這就是台灣的司法制度，我最後的陳述以台灣基督長老教會的精神公義、愛心、行動，作為耶穌的精神，我們只是對於不義的事情勇敢站出來，一切都是靠上帝的旨意。
法官問我你覺得你有沒有罪？我認為沒罪，因為這一切為了公義，陳律師最後補充他們覺得集會遊行法本身就與憲法抵觸，是不公平的法律，只有侷限在交通法則，如果一天這樣的法律存在，他們會不斷的陳情。當人沒有紀錄的部分這位楊台清法官以半虧的方式說，或許你連中華民國的法律都不想承認，因為你根本不覺得中華民國的存在，但是就是在這樣的體制下，或許你也覺得我們根本沒資格判你罪，其實我心想是的！我已經想好，如果最後判決我需要拘役四十天，我會在獄中絕食，如果我死了可以換來沒有集遊法侷限，那們當台灣人民沒有壓力的站出來，和平革命一定會成功。
