馬英九總統今（10）日上午參加世界人權日活動，不過馬英九抵達會場時，卻有挺扁人士高喊要求政府釋放陳水扁，甚至馬英九在致詞時，還有民眾將鞋子、包包丟向台上，場面一度失控。

馬英九上午參加2012年世界人權日活動，受邀出席的公投護台灣聯盟總召集人蔡丁貴等人，在馬英九抵達會場後，在現場鼓譟要求釋放前總統陳水扁。

面對部分人士的鼓譟，馬總統致詞最後則是脫稿指出，歡迎大家參加世界人權日活動，但是人權、民主、自由、法治中間非常重要的部分，就是要能「彼此尊重、相互包容」，這是自由與人權的價值。

馬英九說，如果政府在這方面做得還不夠，政府願意檢討改進，但希望大家都能秉持包容與相互尊重的態度，這個才是台灣人權繼續發展重要觀念。

馬英九強調，今天是世界人權日，「一定要貫徹相互尊重跟包容的精神，否則人權理念無法落實，台灣仍然不能夠稱為是一個人權國家。」

世界人權日　馬英九遭頒「踐踏人權獎」

今日為世界人權日，馬英九總統先到遠企中心大樓擔任「亞洲民主人權獎」頒獎人，遭到多個民間團體聚集場外抗議，諷刺頒發「踐踏人權獎」給他。隨後馬英九出席景美人權文化園區的「世界人權日開幕式」，又遭到抗議群眾丟鞋、扔背包怒嗆。

台灣人權促進會、都市更新受害者聯盟、全國關廠工人連線等多個民間團體，今日在遠企中心大樓場外高喊「踐踏人權、頒獎個屁」，並躺在頒獎典禮場外紅地毯上，諷刺政府是踩著人權鮮血前進。民團更頒發「踐踏人權獎」給馬英九，希望執政者能看清楚自己踐踏了多少人權。

兩場活動均遭抗議　馬怒回嗆

台灣人權促進會公布2012年十大人權迫害事件，包含江國慶案、基本工資緩漲、勞動條件惡化、都市更新受害案、旺中案、華隆罷工案等。台權會指出，很明顯台灣的人權在倒退，馬政府施政完全以圖利廠商、踐踏基層的方式運作，尤其勞委會無能修正不法制度、失業率創新高、財團剝削環境等，不僅未善盡國家人權保障，反而帶頭侵害人權。

馬英九隨後出席景美人權文化園區的「世界人權日開幕式」，場面則更加火爆，抗議群眾激動扔鞋、扔背包上台，讓馬英九需不斷提高音量才能勉強讓演講進行。他對抗議民眾回應，「民主人權的價值之一就是互相尊重包容不同的聲音，這才是台灣人權繼續發展的重要關鍵，否則人權的理念就不能落實。」他隨後又口誤

緊接著上台的文化部長龍應台也同樣面臨遭抗議嗆聲的窘態，場面顯得劍拔帑張。

For those who cannot understand Taiwanese and Mandarin. Ma was
reading off his notes to proclaim the importance of tolerance, while
just two day before his police force injured several non-violence
protesters in front of the presidential office. At the end, Ma
obviously tried to address the protesting crowd directly and concluded
his speech amid some applauds and lots of thumbs down.

Am I the only one who notices that Ma's mouth is twisted when he
talks. Some speculated that he has been slapped every night by the
spirit of Chiang Chin-Kuo (son of Chiang K-S) for betraying his
anti-communism policy.

Free President Chen!
Abolish autocratic judicial system!
All fake! Stop talking!
Ma ku-dune (regional leader, not a president because Ma's koutou to
china by not daring to call himself a presient in front chinese
delegates.)

Prof Tsay Ting-Kuei was one of them shouting Abolish autocratic
judicial system and free President Chen. Below is the account of an
eye witness:

We went to protest site this morning and filmed police contingent
surrounding site. Then attended Aquia's protest of Ma at the Human
Rights Museum. They totally disrupted his speech. a dozen or more
standing on their chairs and shouting him down. Ma left after
speaking for about five minutes or so, shouting going on the whole
time. We were in the middle of the protesters and I got incredible
video. One old man threw his hat at Ma and then others gave him hats
to throw. The police tackled him right in the middle of the audience.
The place was quite a scene. Ma was not too happy.
