李登輝涉嫌侵占國安密帳案2.5億元，挪作私人機構台灣綜合研究院買樓等用途，遭特偵組依貪污、洗錢等罪起訴，但台北地院去年底一審判李無罪，特偵組不服上訴。

特偵組上訴後，台灣高等法院今下午2時30分開庭，李登輝一審獲判無罪的理由是，檢方無法證明李事前知道國安密帳被挪用以及流向，且同案重要被告、國安局前局長殷宗文已過世，無法對質釐清真相。
